My daughter recently received this player from a friend. So far, we have not found it fast or easy.

I see menus of folders for albums, artists, etc., but can't get to any of them. Navigation either does not work or is not very clear.

Also, from looking at it via my PC, it looks like there may be about 100 songs on it (although I can only play about 30), but when trying to copy more songs on, it says its full.

My daughter's friend lost the instructions for this unit, and I have been searching the web trying to find some. The only thing I have been able to find is complaints from other users saying they can't play their files either.

I would love it if someone could steer me in the right direction with this before I wind up pitching it.
